Frequently asked questions

Have questions about Key & Frame? Find answers to frequently asked questions about how we sell homes.

How are you different from traditional estate agents?

At Key & Frame Estate Agency, we take a modern, digital-first approach to selling homes. Instead of relying solely on outdated marketing techniques, we use high-quality videography, targeted social media advertising, and strategic online listings to maximize your property’s exposure. Our focus is on selling your home faster and at the best possible price with cutting-edge visuals and data-driven marketing.

How long does it take to sell a property in the UK?

The time to sell a home depends on market conditions, location, and pricing. On average, it can take 8–12 weeks from listing to completion.

I want you to sell my home, what happens next?

If you would like us to be you listing agent, you will go through an onboarding process which will include signing the agreement, scheduling a shoot for the property. Your home will then be listing on marketplaces along with multiple social media platforms. We will also set up a WhatsApp group with key people to ensure everyone is up to date and has access to our weekly engagement reports.

What happens if my house doesn't sell?

We work on a no sale no fee basis, this means in the unlikely event that we cannot sell your home then there is nothing to pay. As we take a more tailored approach to selling properties, you will be constantly updated of how your home is performing. This gives us the chance to evaluate the sales strategy.

How can I book a property viewing?

To schedule a property viewing, simply contact our sales team. They will be happy to assist you in selecting a suitable time and property to view. You can reach out to us through our website, phone, or email.

What happens after I accept an offer?

Once an offer is accepted, the process moves to the legal stage. A conveyancer or solicitor will handle the contracts, searches, and necessary checks. We stay involved throughout to ensure a smooth transaction and avoid delays.
